II.        MATERIALS USED FOR VARIOUS COMPONENTS IN ‘Infinite Space Solutions’ Office modules:

(a)                Frame work : Mild steel finished with epoxy powder coating

(b)               Vertical & Horizontal Trims: Extruded aluminium profile finished with epoxy powder coating.

(c)                Cable raceways made of Mild steel (CRCA) and power coated

(d)               Connectors for the junction and top trim ends are ABS (Acrylic Butadiene Styrene)

(h)                Two levels cable raceways (150 x 75mm) with easily retractable covers (no screws) housing sockets for electrical and networking.  Cable raceways are made  of Mild steel (CRCA) and power coated Wide choice of powder coating colour combinations are offered for all metal components.

(i)                  Easy assemblage – frame by frame.

(j)                 (TBIS) Tile based insert systems –‘Infinite Space Solutions’ provides a unique TBIS to prevent warpage and dislocation of panel tiles.

(k)               12mm thick prelim / plain particleboard tiles – gives better strength and durability

(l)                  Fabric clad particleboard and soft boards have good acoustic properties.  It is ecofriendly and hence preferred over natural timber.  Unlike timber it is not prone to borer and termite attacks.

(m)              Polyester / polyviscous fabric are used for paneling soft boards / particleboard’s tiles – gives a variety of colour combination and appearance.

(n)                25mm thick tabletop in post form laminated / laminated top with PVC edge banding with rigid tabletop support systems.

(o)               Cable inserts on tabletop enhance better cable management.

(p)               Sturdy levelers – installation and to counter uneven floor surface.

(q)               Keyboard Pull-out : PVC moulded keyboard pull-outs with pen / pencil slots and smooth sliding telescope channels for easy movement.

(r)                 Options of overhead storage and shelf.

IV. MODULARITY – FOR VERTICLE AND HORIZONTAL EXPANSION :

(a)                Vertical and horizontal expansion is possible through the manufacture of additional frames of standard sizes.

(b)               Colour combination will be in harmony with the existing modules.

V.        DETAILS OF  

(a)                Infinite Space Solutions office modules has provision of two level race ways made of Mild steel (CRCA) and power coated profile of size 150 x 75mm for housing electrical and networking cables with easily retractable covers (no screws). The positions of these raceways are one just below tabletop and one at skirting level. Quantity of cables that can be routed in the raceways is approximately 200 Nos. of 8mm dia.  Options of routing the cables in between two level raceways are also provided to maximize the utility of ‘Infinite Space Solutions’ modular partitions.

VI        METHOD (EASE) OF INSTLLATION AND DISMANTLING FOR ‘Infinite Space Solutions’ Office Modules:

(a)                Standard size welded frames will be installed at size by bolting systems using Allen bolts.

(b)               The gradiance in floor will be adjusted with the help of level adjusters using spirit level.

(c)                Gable end panels will be erected for firmness of modular frames.

(d)               Time for terminations of electrical and networking cables is provided later to which the raceways plates with cutouts foe switch sockets is provided.

(e)                Mounting of panels below tabletop, above tabletop, accessories and fixing of tabletop will be done only after site is completed (with regard to false ceiling, painting, cabling, etc.,)

(f)                 Snap fitting of top and side trim.

VII        ARE YOUR PRODUCT C0MPONENTS IMPORTED OR ALL LOCALLY MADE.

(a)                Our ‘INFINITE SPACE SOLUTIONS’ office module components are locally manufactured in Bangalore …

SUPPORT (FREE STANDING / SUPPORT ON PARTITION ETC)

(a)                Tabletop : 25mm thick particle board tabletop in post form laminated / laminated top with PVC edge banding

(b)               Tabletop junctions are supported with brackets of pressed Mild finished with powder coating.

(c)                Vertical legs of 25mm thick prelaminated particleboard at the edge ends support all tabletops.

IX.       ACCESSORIES – LIKE KEYBOARD TRAY, TASK LIGHT, BOOKSHELF, CPU TROLLEY ETC.

(a)                (i)  Keyboard tray with options of mild steel powder coated moulded with pen / pencil slots mounted on telescopic channel for smooth movement.

(ii)  PVC moulded with pen /pencil slots mounted on telescopic channel for smooth movement

(b)               Task lights are provided just below the storage and illuminating the area of tabletop

(c)                Book shelf – ‘Infinite Space Solutions’ provides modular overhead open bookshelves made of particleboard with PVC edge banding

(d)               (i)  CPU stand – made of Mild  steel powder coated connected to ‘Infinite Space Solutions’ modular partition below tabletop with vertical support mounted on levelers.

(ii)  Ready made CPU trolley with 4 Nos. of twin casters with locking system.
